These terms govern your relationship with us and apply to all shipments, logistics coordination, and client support provided by our company. We reserve the right to update our terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates. All transactions are subject to verification, and we maintain the authority to suspend service in cases of non-compliance or misuse. These terms ensure mutual understanding and protect both your interests and our operational efficiency.

Service Eligibility and Obligations

To use our cargo services, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services. Failure to do so may result in delays, miscommunication, or service denial. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in compliance with international shipping standards. Any misuse or misrepresentation can lead to cancellation of service and potential legal action. Clients are responsible for providing proper documentation for customs and regulatory purposes. Services may vary based on destination, cargo type, and applicable trade regulations.

Shipment Handling and Delivery

All shipments are handled with care and precision to ensure safe transit and timely delivery. Varada Export is not liable for delays caused by natural events, regulatory checks, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring the packaging complies with international standards and safety norms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may change based on route conditions and logistical variables. For fragile or time-sensitive cargo, clients must notify us in advance for special handling. Tracking details will be provided through secure communication channels. Clients must be available or assign an authorized receiver at the delivery location.

Client Responsibilities and Account Accuracy

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities conducted under their account. It is your duty to ensure all information related to addresses, contact details, and shipment instructions is accurate and up to date. Inaccuracies may result in service disruption, delayed shipments, or additional charges. Any suspected unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately. You must cooperate with our team during any investigation related to service complaints or customs concerns. Clients agree to comply with legal requirements applicable to their shipments, including embargoes or restricted items.

Payments, Charges, and Invoicing

All service charges must be paid in full prior to shipment release, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices will be generated based on the final cargo weight, type, and service level requested. Late payments may incur penalties or result in suspension of further services until dues are cleared. Payments can be made through approved channels listed on our platform. Any discrepancies in invoicing must be reported within seven working days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to adjust charges based on fuel costs, customs fees, or destination-specific regulations. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and timelines.

Prohibited Items and Cargo Restrictions

Clients are strictly prohibited from using our services to ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted by law. This includes but is not limited to weapons, flammable substances, perishable items without proper packaging, and controlled substances. It is the client’s responsibility to declare all goods accurately and comply with international trade laws. Failure to do so may result in legal action, confiscation of goods, or penalties imposed by customs authorities. We reserve the right to inspect or refuse any shipment that violates our safety or compliance standards. Cargo found to be undeclared or mislabeled may be held without liability on our part. Clients are encouraged to seek clarification for any questionable items before shipment.

Limitation of Liability

Varada Export shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service charged, excluding third-party delays, customs interventions, or acts of nature. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the client. In the event of shipment damage or loss, clients must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt with appropriate documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. Insurance coverage for shipments can be arranged on request, and we recommend opting in for added protection. Any liability will be handled as per standard logistics industry norms and agreements.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client is found to be in breach of the terms outlined here. This includes misuse of our platform, provision of false information, or engagement in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any outstanding dues must be cleared immediately. Reinstatement of services may be considered upon resolution of the issue and management approval. Termination will be communicated via email or written notice to the contact details provided by the client. We may also terminate services in compliance with a legal order or regulatory directive. In such cases, clients will be notified of any pending matters requiring attention.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, the matter shall be escalated to appropriate legal channels. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and any legal proceedings shall be held within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu. Clients agree to comply with this jurisdiction agreement by using our services.
